Excellent ! My turn. I onced tricked a spirit into believing the red wine and dragon’s blood powder mixture I served it was the blood offering it was due. No idea how it bought that, no idea if it would work again, but when you have certain geasa, you make do. To whomever it may concern…
Witch Tip: Venusian plant spirits love flattery, love to have their praises sung. I also find they’re more active during midday in full sun. Saturnian herbs can be slow to open up, but are excellent teachers once they do.
Witch Tip: When visiting a graveyard, especially for magic purposes, leave a penny at the gate as offering to its guardians. I’ve seen them fight off spirits that would have hurt me otherwise.
Witch Tip: numerology is helpful but trust me, repeating that prayer or incarnation until you can barely speak and the words hang heavy from your tongue, rather than adhering to a set number of repetitions, will 1000% get you in an altered state of consciousness which will allow you to commune with the spirits at work much more easily. This is when you raise power and gain the ability to affect the weave.
Witch Tip: You don’t need to be in a ‘positive state of mind’ or any of that bs when performing magic. Use your power wherever it comes from. Feel your feelings and use their energy.
Witch Tip: If you have plants and tress around your property, you can have them help you create a solid ward against any ill intentions or malicious spirit that tries to enter the property. Regulalrly giving offering and holding communion with those spirits will ensure the continued power of the work.

I bonded with many Trees in my area and I was under their protection for a long time. Then came a really bad time where I separated myself from them and they distanced themselves as well as they didn’t feel welcome in my space anymore. They never truly abandoned me though, as once I removed myself from the situations that I kept getting myself into that created a huge rift, and I returned to the forest to seek forgiveness and wished to come back to them, they welcomed me and I am once again connected with them. Earn the trust of Tree and Forest Spirits, befriend them. They are more than willing to treat you like family if you treat them with love and respect.
I also bring them bio-degradable gifts and offerings to show my gratitude, though I never felt like it was demanded from me, I just think it is good to be giving to them as they are giving to us.
